The Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER hotel, which opened in September 2015, is adjacent to First Niagara Center and is a key component of HARBORCENTER, a mixed-use hockey and entertainment facility. The hotel offers 205 innovative guest rooms and suites, with panoramic views of the city, Lake Erie, and even as far as Niagara Falls. The hotel features the new Marriott Great Room, a multi-use space allowing guests to work, relax, plug in and socialize. There’s also 6,000 square feet of event & meeting space, including an executive boardroom for up to 25 people, a grand ballroom for up to 200 people, and two smaller meeting rooms that seat 75 to 100, and face the lake and Canalside. A full-service Marriott, the hotel includes a fitness center, business center, a sundry/newsstand, high speed Internet, and valet parking on the ground level. The hotel restaurant, Panorama on Seven, offers food 24 hours a day for hotel guests and the public. GSB, Inc. designed & provided the construction documents and CA services for the hotel portion of this mixed use project.
